OK, so the Xbox Series X can run Dirt 5 at up to 120fps, but that’s not going to matter if you don’t have the right display. High-refreshrate content is common on the PC, but consoles have
Supergiant Games has confirmed the game will run at 4K resolution at 60 frames per second on the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, as well as 1080p at 60 FPS on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. No
Yes it is.If you’re using a 1440p monitor it’ll always downscale any 4K games into 1440p,but the details will remain the same.1080p is just too blurry or pixelated for me,that’s why I went for a 1440p 165hz monitor although the SX can’t do 165 lol. 12.
Some games run amazingly well at even 1440p-1800p and sometimes 4K on the Series X with raytracing and 60 fps. Others run like shit and look significantly worse.

The Series S is fantastic if you're a casual gamer or as a second console, but if your primary motive is 60/120FPS, I would just get the SX. Some games don't offer performance mode on the Series S, some games run at a much lower resolution (720-1080P) when at 60. Most games only run at 1440-1600P at 30FPS. IIRC, 120FPS can drop down to 540P on
Battlefield 2042's huge maps can have up to 128 players on PS5 and Xbox Series X. (Picture: EA) Sony's PlayStation 5 supports 120 FPS natively, with the "Performance" mode enabled, but in order to run games at 120 FPS, developers need to opt-in for their games to support 120 FPS on the next-gen consoles.
